Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — standard shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no conditions.
If you need it sooner, tracked and insured delivery is £2.95. Your parcel is prioritised in our dispatch queue and you get a tracking number the moment it leaves.
How long does delivery take?
Order before 11:59 PM and your parcel leaves within 24 to 48 hours.
After that, allow 4 to 10 working days depending on where you are. Weekends and bank holidays are not counted.
How do I know which size to take?
Every product page shows the model's height and the size she is wearing — the quickest way to picture the fit on you.
For measurements, use our size guide. Between two sizes? Take the larger one. Most of our pieces sit close to the body.
How do I return something?
Wrong size, wrong piece, changed your mind — you have 30 days from delivery.
Email us at support@prettywillow.com with your order number and we'll send you everything you need. Items should come back unworn with tags on.
How fast do you reply?
Within 8 working hours, usually sooner. If you write in the evening or at the weekend, expect an answer first thing the next working day.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it has not shipped yet, yes. Email us as quickly as you can with your order number — we dispatch within 24 to 48 hours, so the window is short.
Once it is on its way, it becomes a return.
