2. Using This Site

By using this site you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may not use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the site.

3. Products and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes where stated. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you and give you the choice of confirming at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or where an item is unavailable; in that case you receive a full refund. You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase information.

5. Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Delivery estimates, rates and the list of destinations we serve are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

6. Returns and Refunds

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. We voluntarily extend this to a 30-day return window and cover the cost of return shipping. Full details are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Legal Guarantee

All goods sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Belgian and EU consumer law, which applies for two years from delivery. Nothing in these Terms limits that guarantee.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and branding, is the property of KL Consulting or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

We rely on third parties for payment processing, shipping and analytics. Their own terms and privacy policies govern your use of their services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU Member State, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
