KL Consulting ("we", "us", "our") operates pretty-willow.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Information We Collect

• Information you give us: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order details.
• Payment information: processed directly by our payment providers. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring site, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

3. Why We Use It, and Our Legal Basis

• To process, fulfil and deliver your orders — performance of our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• To provide customer support and handle returns — performance of contract
• To keep accounting and tax records — compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c))
• To detect and prevent fraud and secure our site — our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f))
• To send marketing emails and set non-essential cookies — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time

4. Who We Share It With

We share data only with processors who need it to deliver our service: our e-commerce platform, payment processors, shipping and fulfilment partners, and email service providers. These parties act on our instructions under data processing agreements. We may also disclose data where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International Transfers

We ship to destinations outside the European Economic Area, and some of our service providers are established outside the EEA. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How Long We Keep It

We retain order and transaction records for the period required by Belgian tax and accounting law, currently seven years. Marketing contact data is retained until you unsubscribe. Other data is deleted once it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.

7. Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, analyse site traffic, and measure advertising performance. Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time through your browser settings or our cookie banner. Essential cookies are required for the site to function.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.

9. Children

Our site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and vetted third-party processors to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

We may update this policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
